Message	I've lived my entire life in the northeast but I've seen plenty of people who aren't from the NE try and drive in snow or slippery conditions. Without snowtires, you've got a good chance of sliding off the road, and a better chance of someone else sliding into you. When the going gets tough, the tough go: "Screw it...
